Have the host control each character, do the glitch, save, then have other players join in. A possible workaround would be to have the host player boot up the game alone and do the glitch WITHOUT the rest of the party joining in. In multiplayer/co-op games, it seems like the glitch only works on ONE person.Wait until your entire party levels up at the same time, typically after a big story-related fight. No one has confirmed if you can do the glitch on some party members, play the game for a while, and then do it again later for the rest.
If you're going to max your stats, do it for ALL characters at the same time.This works on any Respec Mirror, even the one in Fort Joy if you're using Gift Bag mods.Once you save the glitched stats, you can use the Respec Mirror like normal to change appearances and talents throughout the rest of the game.There's something about viewing character stats that interrupts the broken feedback loop. Make sure you don't open the character stat menu AT ALL while doing the glitch, especially when switching to a different party member to do the glitch again.Switch to a different party member and start back up at Step 3.Max out all your stats and pick your new talents (you can remove "All Skilled Up" and "Bigger and Better," you won't need them anymore).Repeat Steps 3-5 until you see your available points jump significantly for attributes, combat abilities, and civil abilities*(you should have enough to max out all categories in each tab).Remove all talents (DO NOT touch any other stats!!!).Level up and immediately head to the mirror (don't spend the new points, don't edit anything, just go straight to the mirror).Have "All Skilled Up" and "Bigger and Better" equipped on each character you want to have max stats BEFORE you level up (doesn't matter what your other talents are).It exploits the broken feedback loop of having "All Skilled Up" and "Bigger and Better" equipped/removed with the Respec Mirror.
